Non Stick Frying Pan

A non stick frying pan can help in this modern age where people are trying to cut down on the amount of fat in their diet. Unlike other pan materials non stick doesn’t need the addition of oil to be used to prevent food sticking to the pan. This reduces the additional calories from the oil your food would have had to be cooked in and for this reason alone it make it a favourite with some people.
Non stick coatings have really improved from the awful bubbling and peeling coatings that used to be common. Although you still may find this happens at the cheaper end of the non stick scale, it is true when they say “you get what you pay for” and this is especially true with non stick pans if you spend a little more you will get a pan that with care will last you a long time.
